“I am appreciative of the vision and investment of Blue Haven Initiative and excited to join this new venture. I look forward to meeting the next Cohort of RIKA Fellows as our second cohort kicks off in a few weeks and to working with the team including the renowned Prof Dave Ulrich, Faculty Lead Deborah Excel and HR Executive and Leader David Ssegawa. Africa’s growth trajectory will only be fully realized if we transform people into talent and talent into productive assets that are empowered and engaged”
