Maryanne Ochola

 

Maryanne has ten years’ experience in commercial banking and 5 years experience in impact investment across several African markets. She previously worked at the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE), leading a regional network of organisations providing financial, educational, and business support services to small and growing businesses. She's currently the Head of Partnerships and Programmes at Shujaaz Inc. 

 

Her strengths lie in providing insights on the East Africa entrepreneurship ecosystem, seeking out and introducing like-minded organizations to each other to promote partnerships and highlighting opportunities for impact.

 

Maryanne is a trained financial journalist and holds an MBA from IE Business School.
