Deborah brings 25 years of business consulting and transformation experience. The focus for her work has been to bring together people, process and system strategies to deliver human-centric performance and unlock growth. 

 

She has covered a range of roles starting as a human resource development specialist, becoming a global talent, learning and leadership head. With the impact of the financial crisis her role became even more commercial; partnering with strategy, finance and COO teams to drive transformation. She has worked with Deutsche Bank, American Express, Coca Cola Company and Lloyds Banking Group.

 

In recent years Deborah has held Board positions as Head of Human Capital and Business Transformation for PE companies, driving success across their portfolio companies.
