Freddy West

 

Freddy West heads the People & Governance team at CDC Group, the UK’s development finance institution.  She works closely with boards, management teams and HR leaders of CDC’s investees across Africa & South Asia, implementing leadership, people and change management programmes. 

 

Prior to CDC, Freddy founded and ran several organisations, including an East African education and talent development company and a global training group. 

 

Freddy sits on the board & HR committee of ADMI and on the advisory council for the recruitment firm, Kenyans Come Home.  She is a qualified coach & psychometrics practitioner and holds a BA from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
